En octobre nous sommes partis deux semaines en Tanzanie et à Zanzibar. Ce qui nous a le plus ébloui est vraiment notre safari photo en Tanzanie. C'était simplement magnifique ! En voici quelques photos:

Voici le détail de notre safari photo: - JOUR1: Parc du Tarangire (nuit au Maweninga Camp) - JOUR2: Lac Manyara (nuit au Bashai lodge) - JOUR3: Zone de conservation du cratère de Ngorongoro (nuit au Olduvai Camp) - JOUR4: Parc du Serengeti (nuit au Kati Kati Camp) - JOUR5: Parc du Serengeti (nuit au Kati Kati Camp) - JOUR6: Matinée au Serengeti et départ pour Zanzibar
Nous sommes passés par une agence de voyage à Paris ("USHAIA by Ethnika voyages", située près de Bastille). Et ils travaillaient sur place avec une agence nommée "Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Club" (anciennement appelée agence Tanganyika).
Nous étions seulement ma femme et moi dans le 4x4 (un vrai plus pour le safari, surtout quand on compare aux autres qui étaient parfois à 6 ou 7 dans un 4x4, ou encore les dizaines de personnes entassées dans les camions-bétaillères estampillés "Nouvelles Frontières" (ça m'a passé l'envie de passer par eux dans le futur).
Le chauffeur-guide était expérimenté et parlait français. On l'a adoré. Je pense que la prochaine fois qu'on se fera ça on passera directement par lui (il a monté une agence, son site internet est www.skysere.com (http://www.skysere.com)) et on prendra les vols en avions nous même. Pour info, notre chauffeur-guide devrait être présent au salon du tourisme de la porte de Versailles qui aura lieu en Mars 2013.
Notre camp préféré était le Kati Kati Camp, vraiment en plein milieu du Serengeti. Et le lodge le plus beau était le Bashai, avec une très belle vue depuis le bengalow. Le Maweninga et l'Olduvai Camp sont pas mal non plus mais un petit cran en-dessous.
P.S.: Pour info, les tortues c'était sur une île près de Zanzibar, pas sur le continent Tanzanien.
